Return, Refund and Cancellation

Return

The customer can request a return only if the customer receives a wrong or different than that ordered by him/her as per his/her invoice. In such a case Hindustanfood.com will take the full responsibility and will dispatch the right product at no extra cost whatsoever.

Other than that, once an order is received at Hindustanfood.com, the order cannot be cancelled, or refunded, or replaced. Also, the items cannot be changed or replaced or refunded. Please note that all our products are seal packed and henceforth cannot be returned once received by the customer until or unless a different product is received by the customer than that ordered by him/her as stated on the customer’s invoice. Therefore, we strongly advice all customers to review their order thoroughly before making the payments. In case the customer orders wrong item, Hindustanfood.com shall not be entitled to change the order, product or initiate any return or refund.

The customer will be required to update us by writing an email to info@craftgroup.in in case they receive a different product within 72 hours after they receive the product

Hindustanfood.com does not provide facility of cancelling/ replacing the items in the order after the order is placed.

Refund

In case of any wrong shipping of the product from our side, the customer will be required to email pictures of the wrong/different product on our email hindustanfood@gmail.com. On certain occasions, we also may ask the customer to ship the defected/ wrong product back to our warehouse address. Once our inventory quality team responsible for packaging and shipping accepts their error, we will ship a replaced product / or initiate a refund of full amount immediately. The refund generally reflects in 7 to 10 working days in Customer’s Account. In case of any further delay, the customer needs to follow up with his bank. Refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made. However, we shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

We would also like not inform that images displayed on the website may differ slightly in size, colour and measurements. Such minor deffernces will not ne classified as ‘wrong’ or ‘different’ products.

Buyer’s Address and Contact

The buyer/ customer will write his correct and complete shipping address, pin code, email Id & working mobile number at the time of check out on our website, any incorrect details will result in package being undelivered or automatically returned. Please note that in such a scenario, Hindustanfood.com shall not be held responsible for Refund/Replacement.

At the time delivery, the buyer/ customer must pick calls or check & reply to the Email/SMS/Whatsapp based communications made by the delivery partner or by hindustanfood Customer Care. In case, the buyer/customer fails to reply or attend calls on time, a delay in delivery or an automatic return of the consignment to our warehouse by the courier company can be expected. In case the product gets retuned to us we may again send the products or initiate a refund after deducting the shipping charges for both Forward and Return and revenue deducted by the payment gateway. However, if the product doesn’t return to us, Hindustanfood.com will not be able to provide any replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Hindustanfood not be responsible for Custom Clearance in case the consignment gets stuck in the custom of the customer’s country. It will be customers responsibility and obligation to place orders as per the custom law of their country.

As a seller, we are bound to ship all products with-in the stipulated time and cannot refund/ replace on the partial or whole shipment, if your country does not allow the shipment or product(s).

Also, any extra duty/tax, if levied, as per customer’s country, has to be paid by the Customer.
